As a Women's Health Strategist, I work alongside women to help them achieve balance and harmony in their minds, bodies, and spirits. My goal is to help women connect with themselves and their communities while addressing key areas such as hormone balance and stress management.
I offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support women on their wellness journeys. My services include Group Coaching in The 28 Day Strategy - 6 Weeks to Harmonize Hormones, which is available both live and self-guided. I also provide virtual energy work sessions through Holistic Harmony Embodiment, allowing women to experience healing and rejuvenation from the comfort of their own homes.
In addition to group coaching, I host live and virtual masterclasses, workshops, podcasts, blogs and events that cover a variety of holistic health topics. These sessions are designed to be engaging and informative, offering valuable insights and practical strategies for achieving optimal health and wellness.
I have authored cookbooks, including The 28 Day Strategy Cookbook, which provide delicious and nutritious recipes to support a healthy lifestyle.
