How We Got Here - Who We Are
Tree Pose Yoga and Wellness was founded in 2017 in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in our surrounding community. We offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, Tree Pose Yoga and Wellness provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.
Victoria Lefebre, Owner of Tree Pose Yoga Wellness is has an extensive background in health and wellness. Victoria practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist for 13 years, owning her own clinic in community medical building. During this time she studied Holistic Nutrition, Aromatherapy and Remedial Exercise Therapy. After staying home for 3 year to raise her 3 sons, Victoria decided to return to her passion in health and wellness. Between 2016 and 2018 She studied to become a Certified Personal Trainer, completed her Nutritional Coach Certification, 200 hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, and 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Teacher Training, YIN Certification, NIDRA Certification, and Wellness Lifestyle Coaching Certification. Victoria now offers her passion for caring for the mind, body and spirit through movement, nutrition and connecting to nature as she continues to study and deepen her knowledge.

Gentle all levels practice that uses long held postures, props and supports. Followed by a deep Nidra meditation
Sweat it out with a bootcamp style workout, then stretch it out with a gentle yoga flow
Great beginner class that helps you build your balance and strength, then stretch out and relax
Power through a great strength and power workout, then stretch it out.
